lunch time concert starting at 1:00 pm

Special unique one time solo lunchtime concert by Claire Roche in the intimate John Field Room at the National Concert Hall performing with antique Erard harp and traditional Irish harp

Evoking memories of 'The Harp Room' in Sion Hill Convent, Dublin, Claire will celebrate the treasured Irish songs learned there with the late Mairin Feiritear, who taught famed soprano and harpist Mary O'Hara.

Songs will range from Claire's beautiful haunting arrangement of Stor mo Croi, the whimsy of The Spinning Wheel a very moving arrangement of Danny Boy and many more delights and re-visits to many memories of most people.
